Today's movie is very funny:
DUPLEX.
Alex Rose (Ben Stiller) and Nancy Kendricks (Drew Barrymore) are a couple of NY in search of the house of your dreams. And then they finally found the perfect overlooked in Brooklyn. The duplex is a dream come true, complete with three fireplaces, except for one inconvenient: Mrs. Conelly, the old lady who lives on top of the building. Supposing she is older and sick they take the apartament. But, they soon realize that Mrs. Conelly is actually very extravagant. She likes watching TV in a volume very highest and rehearsing in a brass band. As a writter, Alex is trying to finish his romance against an imminent deadline. But, he is interrupted by numerous requests for help from Mrs. Conelly.When Nancy loses her job and two stay at home together with Mrs. Conelly, angerturns into homicidal fantasies. Finally they decide to contract a hitman, Chick, to kill her. But, it's price to make the hit is U$$25.000,00. But, they don't have all that money. Desperate and in need of money in two days, they sell everything you have at home and the day of the murder is the Christmas Day.
